Sagana Resort consists of 6 individual cottages with self-contained bathrooms and caters for a maximum of 20 guests. 4 cottages are fan cooled and 2 have air conditioning.
The individual cottages all vary in size and are set in lush, tropical gardens. Bed linen, towels and mosquito nets are provided and the cottages are cleaned daily. Each cottage has its own large verandah and hammock supplied to relax and watch the surf.
Sagana Resort also has the only swimming pool on the island and is available for in-house guests only. There is a shallow children's pool attached to the main salt water pool.
Sagana Resort is open all year. However, the surf season for the Siargao Island in the Philippines is between May and November.

Sagana Resort has gone to great lengths to offer a high standard of food and they have managed to establish themselves as having the best food on the island. The restaurant caters for in-house guests only and the provide breakfast, lunch and dinner daily cooked by their own Aussie chef.
The dinner menu changes daily, which allows the guests to sample a variety of international influenced cuisine, from Japanese to European and Australian to Filipino style meals.
Seafood is abundantly available and includes freshly caught fish such as tuna, marlin, Spanish mackerel as well as mud crabs and prawns locally farmed on the island.
Cloud 9 is arguably the Philippines most famous wave. It is a think pitching peak situated on Siargao Island. When Cloud 9 lines up properly it can be mechanical perfection that barrels on every wave.
