Periscopes is a lesser known gem in the Lakey area. It's a fast, barrelling right-hander that's best surfed on high tide. It gets a bit ledgey and shallow on low tide. It breaks right into a channel which makes it real easy to paddle back out.
Periscopes is only a kilometre away from Lakey Peak itself and is blown out on the usual trade winds. The best option is a quick motorcycle ride for the early that coincides with a high tide.
