Located further around the Bukit from Uluwatu, Nyang Nyan's breaks off a reef surrounding the headland and is perhaps one of the most beautiful spots in Bali. The wave itself is a short, fun, punchy right-hander that runs into a channel.
Facing due South, Nyang Nyang's takes the full brunt of the groundswells and is best surfed in the mornings before the wind picks up. Being situated at the bottom of a very long staircase, it doesn't get too crowded and definitely isn't the place for a quick surf.
Unfolding in a seemingly impossible design, the luxury Anantara Uluwatu Resort cascades dramaticly down the cliff-side rolling into the Indian Ocean at right in front of the legendary Impossibles.
