Honolua Bay

Honalua Bay is situated on the North-western point of the island of Maui. It is home to a world class right-hander that breaks over a series of reefs on the North side of the bay. It is actually made up of several sections and is one of the most renowned spots in Maui.

Honolua Bay, the wave, begins on the outside of the bay at Subs. This sometimes connects to the next section called Coconuts, where it peels down to a close out in front of The Cave.

The Cave is the most popular section at Honolua Bay. Starting in front of the cliff, The Cave reels off super hollow yet super critical barrels. From here the wave continues into the fast bowly section called Keiki Bowls.
