CABLE BEACH - WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Cables is an oddly shaped reef approximately a ten minutesĀ drive north of Fremantle. In 1999 Cables became the site of the first artificial surfing reef in the world. Granite rocks have been arranged to make the swell break earlier creating a quality peak at low to mid tide.
